I was your typical yo-yo dieter. Each time I lost weight I felt great and looked beautiful, but those feelings would only last a short time before I would find myself returning to my old eating habits and the weight would return.  I needed to exercise and believe in myself that I could loss the weight and keep if off for good. I was devastated that I had gained 40 pounds from being a yo-yo dieter. I really was ashamed of myself.
 
What's worse is that my doctor diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes. I was devastated. I was suffering from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, elevated blood glucose levels and severe knee pain from the excess weight, so I was put on high blood pressure and cholesterol medication. After receiving my diagnosis, I knew I needed to take back my life and my health, or my future would be determined for me.

I knew I needed to do something about my weight and health. I decided to joined Linda Brooks’ Health and Fitness Program.  Her motto is, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13). It was one of the best decisions I ever made, because my motivation and energy increased significantly and my pain was reduced as I started losing weight. I thank God for Linda Brooks and all her encouragement and her Health and Fitness Program. She helped me every step along the way. I’m more active than I ever been.
 
Today, I have a lot more energy, I am much more confident and happy, and I feel great in knowing I made the right decision in getting my life back.  I like how I look, and I love the person I have become! My doctor is so pleased and impressed with my weight loss and my commitment to overall being healthy.
 

I have struggled with weight lost my entire life, I have tried many diets. Linda helps you each step of the way. She puts in scripture and keeps you motivated. She also helps develop meal plans just for you. Linda encourages to change your mind, body and soul and to help you realize "you can do ALL things through Christ that gives you strength."
