Our History

 

 One of my greatest joys comes from my passion in assisting others to live a healthy lifestyle. In the Spring of 2005, I started a program called Activities for Life, Health & Fitness Walking Program.  The program started with a few members but transformed into a business service providing fitness boot camps, wellness seminars, motivational speaking, and private and group health and nutritional counseling.

Activities for Life, Health & Fitness 

Activities for Life, Health & Fitness teaches you how to live a healthy lifestyle through the choices you make in your life.  These choices include deciding to exercise more, making healthy food choices, cleansing our bodies of impurities, and changing our mindset towards living the life we want to live.

Our goal

Our goal is to raise awareness concerning the power of our bodies and the direct link between the food that we eat and the way that we live our lives. What we eat and how we live has an impact on how we feel.  Our core focus is for each individual to take charge of their own health by making better choices for themselves.

Making the right choice

Each person can learn to make better lifestyle choices and move toward permanent changes in their life by trying new things. As you learn to listen to your body, you will become aware of what your body is saying and what you need to do to reach your goals.

Vision for tomorrow

Our vision is for everyone to choose to take personal responsibility for their own health by choosing healthier habits that will equip them to succeed.

My life's greatest joys lie in expressing my love for the Lord and in assisting others to achieve their goals of living a healthy lifestyle. My aspirations for a career change were realized 31 years after I graduated from high school. I focused my attention on one day becoming a health and fitness entrepreneur. My vision was to open my own health and fitness facility, establish my own magazine, and speak about the importance of health, fitness, and nutrition. I am a certified trainer, as well as a health and nutrition consultant, who is devoted to teaching people how to restore their health through detoxification, optimum nutrition, and fitness.
